We had another great dance! Thank you to everyone that came. Special thank go to our volunteers: Bob and Pat Becker, Emily Umentum and Sue Aitkin. I also want to thank everyone that stayed to help clean up.
Almost everyone joined us to learn the samba line dance and the play list was a hit (minus the technical difficulties!). Thanks again to all the people that came and helped to support our program!
We just scheduled 2 more dances: July 13 and July 27 – they are both on Friday evenings and will be held at Gooches on Hwy M north of Boulder Junction (it was Shrimps’s Bar many years ago. Malia Arries, ballroom dance instructor will be giving a free one hour lesson (from 7 -8 pm) at our August 18 dance. She will cover thes basics and a variation or two of 2 different dances. Please spread the word, it is a great opportunity for people to learn to dance. Thank you!
