We are a community based arts program that was developed in 2010. Our focus is on the education and practice of traditional and folk arts. We believe that these are arts that have been passed on to us from others. These art forms delight us and brighten our existence.
We provide a venue for the community to receive arts education, create art, view art and share their art. Our programming is community driven and sustained.
Our Values
We believe that creating, viewing and sharing art enriches the souls of all who experience it, that the arts are an essential component of humanity’s history, that everyone shares an important role in the perpetuation of the arts’ history and that the arts create a cohesive community with exponential benefits.
Our Vision
Every resident of Manitowish, Wisconsin and its surrounding communities will reap the benefits of a nurturing, learning center for those who wish to create art in its many forms, a place for all to share their work, and a meeting center for those whose wish to grow through the experience of art.
Our Mission
Your Arts Program was established in 2010 as a cultural center to provide opportunities for exposure, education and participation in the arts to local residents that they may have the opportunity to learn, share and grow through the arts.
